Quiet Mind | Sat 12 Sept | 10am-4pm

Silent Day Retreat with Graham Cooke

Step away from the busyness of daily life and enter a space of peace, clarity, and inner stillness.

This special silent retreat offers a rare opportunity to experience the deep benefits of silence. In a calm and supportive environment, free from the usual distractions of conversation and technology, the mind can naturally settle, becoming peaceful, clear, and joyful.

Through guided meditations and practical teachings from the Kadampa Buddhist tradition, you will learn simple methods to let go of mental busyness, release inner tension, and develop a lasting experience of inner peace. By observing silence throughout the day, we create the ideal conditions for meditation, allowing a deeper connection with our own peaceful nature.

As the mind becomes quieter, we naturally experience greater clarity, contentment, and wellbeing. Whether you are new to meditation or already have experience, this retreat offers a valuable opportunity to rest, reflect, and return to daily life feeling refreshed and inspired. Come and discover the peace and happiness that arise from a quiet mind!

Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. No previous meditation experience is necessary. Everybody is welcome.
