Refresh Your Life!

Six Ways of Feeling Constantly Happy

The gentle teachings of Buddha are scientific methods for improving our human nature and qualities through developing the capacity of our mind. Happiness and misery are states of mind, and so their main causes are not to be found outside the mind. If we want to be truly happy and free from suffering, we must learn how to control our mind.

Among the countless methods Buddha offered to us are six ways of thinking, known as the six perfections, which, when integrated into our daily actions, transform our life from a state of misery into a state of continuous happiness. Guaranteed happiness!

Simple yet profound, these methods, when mixed with our daily activities, lead us to a state of permanent inner peace and happiness. Everybody is welcome to attend part or all of this rare weekend retreat with talks, meditations, and opportunities for questions and answers. Plenty of time to enjoy the space and peace of Tara IKRC grounds, woodlands, and other facilities such as the World Peace Café. A truly refreshing getaway break with meaning.
