This three-course meditation series offers a practical and inspiring journey into inner transformation. Through guided meditations and accessible Buddhist wisdom, you’ll learn how to understand your mind, let go of negativity, and respond to life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Across the series, you’ll explore how your thoughts and intentions shape your experience, how to break unhelpful habits, and how to cultivate lasting inner strength and peace — even in the midst of a busy modern life. Each course builds naturally on the next, providing practical tools you can apply immediately in everyday situations.
Classes take place weekly on Fridays from 10:30am–12:00pm and are taught by experienced meditation teacher Kelsang Sama, who offers clear guidance in a friendly and supportive environment.
Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this series provides meaningful insight, practical methods, and space to relax, reflect, and grow.
