A retired General Spiritual Director of NKT-IKBU and National Spiritual Director of Canada, Gen-la Khyenrab is also the Resident Teacher at Tara International Kadampa Retreat Centre. Gen-la is deeply respected throughout the Kadampa world as a sincere practitioner and powerful teacher.
One of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche's most senior students, ordained for over 30 years, with deep personal experience of Buddha's teachings of Sutra and Tantra. Gen-la Khyenrab is a beloved teacher to thousands of students in the New Kadampa Tradition. Gen-la Khyenrab lives at Tara IKRC and teaches weekly at Tara IKRC.
