Big Heart of Compassion | Sat 12 Dec | 10am-1pm

Special Half-Day Course with Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab
Followed by Christmas Dinner at 1:30pm

Big Heart of Compassion ~ Finding the Best Way to Overcome Anger

Since beginningless time, our mind has been governed by self-grasping ignorance, which prevents us from seeing things as they really are. This causes us to perform all kinds of unskilful and inappropriate actions. It is because of this that living beings suffer and cause others to suffer - not because they freely choose to do so. When we understand this deeply, we will never feel anger towards others. Instead of anger, compassion will arise naturally in our hearts.

On this brief half-day course, Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab will explain the patience of definitely thinking about Dharma using our understanding of emptiness and dependent relationships in order to give rise to deep compassion in our hearts.

Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. No previous meditation experience is necessary. Everybody is welcome.
