The word 'Dharma' means the teachings of enlightened beings. This book gives practical advice on how we can solve our daily problems of uncontrolled desire, anger and ignorance, and how to make our human life meaningful. The author, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, is an internationally renowned meditation master and scholar and he explains as practical instructions, the complete path to enlightenment based on his deep experience from a lifetime spent
in meditation.
The class Teacher, Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab, received the oral instructions of this book directly from Venerable Geshe-la and will share in class many of the illuminating oral teachings passed to him at that time.

The Teacher

Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab is the Resident Teacher of Tara International Kadampa Retreat Centre (IKRC). He is a retired General Spiritual Director of the NKT-IKBU, he has trained closely with Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for more than forty years. His humility and pure example reflect his many years of reliance on his Spiritual Guide.

An internationally renowned Teacher, he is greatly admired as a sincere practitioner and a powerful Teacher. He is also well-known for his wisdom and deep understanding of Buddha's teachings, and for his pure example of compassion and loving-kindness.

How to book: You can book in advance via our website or simply drop in and register upon arrival. Pre-registration is encouraged to allow a smoother registration process and decrease your waiting time at the door. Doors will open 30 minutes before the start of the event. Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts.
