The Four Noble Truths | Sat 22 Aug | 10am-5pm

Day Course with Kelsang Tharlam

Discover a timeless method for understanding and overcoming suffering.

In this course, we explore the Four Noble Truths - Buddha’s first and most essential teaching - which reveals the true nature of our problems and shows a clear path to lasting freedom and happiness. By understanding these truths, we learn not only how suffering arises, but also how it can be completely overcome.

According to the teachings of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, these insights are deeply practical and can be applied directly to our daily life. We begin to recognise the real causes of our difficulties within our own mind, and discover how to remove them by developing wisdom and inner peace.

Through clear explanations and guided meditations, this course will help you gain a new perspective on life - one that brings clarity, strength, and genuine hope. This is a powerful opportunity to learn how to move beyond problems and begin a path towards lasting inner freedom.

Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. No previous meditation experience is necessary. Everybody is welcome.
