Solving Problems with Wisdom | Sat 5 Dec | 10am-4pm

Day Course with Bodhi Gillis

Every day we face challenges — stress, worry, conflict, disappointment, and uncertainty. Often, no matter how much we try to change our external circumstances, our problems remain because their real source is within our own mind.

In this inspiring day course, we will explore Buddha's timeless wisdom on how to transform difficulties into opportunities for inner growth. Drawing inspiration from The Mirror of Dharma with Additions, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche explains how developing wisdom enables us to recognize the true causes of our suffering. By cultivating peaceful, positive states of mind, we can naturally experience lasting happiness.

Through practical teachings, guided meditations, and time for reflection, you'll learn how to:

  • Understand the real source of everyday problems
  • Respond to life's challenges with wisdom rather than frustration
  • Develop inner peace that is not dependent on external conditions
  • Begin applying Buddha's advice in daily life to create genuine, lasting happiness

Whether you are new to meditation or have been studying Buddhism for years, this course offers practical methods that you can use immediately to improve your relationships, your peace of mind, and your overall quality of life.

Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. No previous meditation experience is necessary. Everybody is welcome.
