In our ever-accelerating modern world, we work hard to fulfil our wishes for true happiness, but fear, worry and anxiety dominate everyday life. Real fulfilment escapes us. And yet it does not have to be this way.

Within the ancient wisdom of Buddha, tonight compassionately taught by Gen-la Khyenrab, we find the real source of a happy and meaningful life - a deep inner peace undisturbed by external events.

Gen-la Khyenrab will outline the reasons contentment eludes us and introduce us to easy yet profound scientific meditation methods. These can fit perfectly into our busy modern schedules and transform our life permanently.
Everybody is welcome!

Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab is a highly respected Buddhist monk and internationally renowned meditation teacher, with over 45 years of experience studying and practising Buddha's teachings.
