The Illusory Dance of Appearance and Emptiness | Sat 13th December 10am-1pm
£31.00
Part of the NKT-IKBU
Grounds open all year round - dawn until dusk
Teachings on the actual nature of all things - emptiness
Followed by Christmas Dinner at 1:30pm
Following Je Tsongkhapa's teachings from the Ganden Emanation Scripture, which are the nature of the Wisdom Buddha Manjushri, Gen-la Khyenrab will today share some special insights from Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. The wisdom realizing this union is the correct view of emptiness, which is Buddha's ultimate view.
The meaning of non-dual appearance and emptiness is very profound and not easy to understand. The wisdom that realizes non dual appearance and emptiness is a higher level of the correct view of emptiness, and training in this wisdom is the quick
path to enlightenment.
After this short morning course we can join the Annual Christmas Dinner to celebrate another wonderful year of events at Tara IKRC in 2025. The annual Christmas dinner at Tara International Kadampa Retreat Centre is a joyful gathering of visitors and students enjoying good food and good company.
