In these courses we explore the different and interesting challenges we face in life from the perspective of Buddhist philosophy. Includes meditation, contemplation and teachings on how to create a more meaningful and peaceful life for ourselves and others.
Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, these courses offer a fresh insight into how we move through life whilst developing both wisdom and compassion.
