Step out of the busyness of daily life and into a calm, supportive space where clarity, peace, and inner strength can naturally grow. These classes offer a gentle yet profound introduction to meditation and practical Buddhist wisdom, guided by experienced meditation teacher Kelsang Naljor.

Classes take place weekly on Wednesdays from 11:00am–12:15pm. Each course is designed to help you transform your mind, deepen your meditation practice, and bring lasting benefits into everyday life.

Whether you are completely new to meditation or looking to deepen your experience, these classes offer clear guidance, meaningful reflection, and time to relax deeply in a friendly and welcoming environment.

🔥 Course Two: Living Without Anger

8th April - 13th May

Anger disrupts our peace and damages relationships—but it doesn’t have to control us. This course explores the real causes of anger and offers practical, compassionate methods for developing patience, inner strength, and emotional balance.

🌊 Course Three: Overcoming Uncontrolled Desire

10th June - 15th July

Uncontrolled desire unsettles the mind and prevents lasting contentment. In this course, we explore through meditation and Buddha’s wisdom teachings how desire arises and how to relate to it more skillfully. By learning to recognise and gradually reduce uncontrolled desire, we create the causes for greater peace, satisfaction, and genuine happiness in daily life.

Regular: £6 / person

How to book: You can book in advance via our website or simply drop in and register upon arrival. Pre-registration is encouraged to allow a smoother registration process and decrease your waiting time at the door. Doors will open 30 minutes before the start of the event. Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts.
