The Three Scopes - Lamrim Retreat with Kelsang Sama Fri 26th - Wed 1st July

Title: The Three Scopes
Date: 26 June - 1 July
Teacher: Kelsang Sama
Venue: Tara IKRC Meditation Hall

Please email us to book the Friday - Sunday weekend package

Everyone is at a different stage on the spiritual path, and Lamrim meets us exactly where we are.

In this retreat, we explore the three scopes of Lamrim: initial, middling, and great, as taught in the Kadampa Tradition by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Some seek happiness in this life, some wish for happiness in future lives, and others feel a deep calling for liberation and enlightenment. Lamrim gently guides each of these intentions, without pressure, helping us move forward step by step.

Rather than forcing a particular view, we learn how to develop our spiritual path with wisdom and consideration, both for ourselves and for others. Every small step on this path is meaningful, and even a simple wish to improve our mind creates the causes for lasting happiness.

Through guided meditations and practical teachings, this retreat offers a chance to reflect, grow, and connect with a path that is both profound and accessible. In this way, we can begin to benefit both ourself and others, becoming a source of peace and kindness in the world.

Join us at Tara IKRC and take your next step on the path to inner peace and enlightenment.
