Stop Worrying, Start Living

When we are anxious we feel tense and unable to enjoy anything. We deeply wish to experience peace of mind but do not know how to achieve this. In this course we will learn simple meditations and ways of thinking that can help to free us from this painful situation so that we can enjoy the deep happiness and contentment that naturally arises when our mind is peaceful, without our external circumstances needing to change.
