New Year Special Event
A special evening talk on compassion with Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab, a light buffet and 24 hours Tara chanted prayers.

Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab is a retired General Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition - International Kadampa Buddhist Union, National Spiritual Director of Canada, and the Resident Teacher at Tara IKRC in Derbyshire. He is deeply respected throughout the Kadampa world as a sincere practitioner and powerful teacher. Following his Spiritual Guide, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, for over 40 years he has a wealth of experience to share with us.

A Special New Years Event
Tara Chanted Prayers
There will be a 7pm Tara Prayers to begin a 24hour, six session Tara retreat. A second session of Tara prayers will take us into the new year after a talk on Compassion...
Talk on Compassion
Gen-la Khyenrab will share from Venerable Geshe-la's wisdom texts on Compassion, giving us clear advice on beginning our year with a loving heart and some lovely food!
A Light Buffet
A light buffet with beautiful food and non-alcoholic drinks will be available before Gen-la Khyenrab's New Year Eve talk as well as after midnight.
