with Gen Kelsang Rabten
This Post-International Spring Festival retreat gives the opportunity to deepen the blessings we received at Spring Festival and take the many clear instructions into our heart so that loving kindness becomes our lived experience and governs all our choices and reactions.
The beautiful and blessed surroundings of Tara IKRC offer the perfect environment to take these teachings to heart and develop a personal experience with this practice.

Ordained in 1994, he has studied under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for 30 years. He has taught in many centres around the world including Australia, New Zealand, and South-East Asia.
Gen Rabten exemplifies the essence of the modern Kadampa way of life, brings a warm heart and joyful attitude to sharing Buddha’s teachings and the practice of meditation.
