Discover the real source of happiness and suffering - your own mind.

In this Lamrim retreat, we will explore one of Buddha’s most profound insights: that everything we experience depends upon our mind. By understanding and transforming our mind, we can gradually let go of problems, develop inner peace, and create the causes for lasting happiness.

Based on the clear and practical teachings of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, this retreat will guide you through meditations that help you recognise the power of your thoughts, intentions, and attitudes. Rather than trying to change external conditions, you will learn how to work with your mind in a positive and constructive way.

Through gentle guidance, reflection, and meditation, you will gain experience of how a peaceful mind naturally leads to a happier life, better relationships, and a more meaningful direction.

Suitable for everyone, this retreat offers a valuable opportunity to deepen your understanding and take practical steps towards lasting inner peace.

Come and discover the extraordinary potential of your own mind.
