What if the real source of both happiness and suffering isn't found in the world around us, but within our own mind?

This inspiring Lamrim retreat explores one of Buddha's most profound insights: by understanding and transforming our mind, we can gradually let go of problems, develop inner peace, and create the causes for lasting happiness.

About this Event

Everything we experience depends upon our mind. Through meditation and contemplation, we can begin to recognise how our thoughts, intentions and attitudes shape our experience of life.

Based on the clear and practical teachings of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, this retreat will guide us through meditations that help us understand the extraordinary potential of our own mind. Rather than relying on external conditions to make us happy, we'll learn how to cultivate positive mental habits that naturally lead to greater peace, wisdom and resilience.

Each session includes practical teachings, guided meditation and time for personal reflection, offering a valuable opportunity to deepen your understanding and experience of Lamrim—the graduated path to enlightenment.

Everyone is welcome.
