Date: Wednesday | May 13th | 11:00-12:15
Teacher:
Kelsang Naljor
Venue:
Tara IKRC Meditation Hall, Ash Lane, Etwall DE65 6HT

When we feel hurt or challenged, the impulse to retaliate can arise quickly and disturb our peace of mind. In this class, we learn through simple meditation and Buddha’s wisdom teachings how to pause, understand our reactions, and choose a more peaceful response.
By letting go of retaliation, we protect our inner calm and create the conditions for patience, clarity, and harmonious relationships.

Everyone is welcome!
