Normally when things go wrong in our life we tend to blame our situation and especially other people, including those close to us. In these classes we'll discover special wisdom techniques to see things clearly and maintain a peaceful, balanced mind all the time. In this way we can be happy all the time, benefiting ourself and others. How wonderful!
The session Teacher Nick Vaz, is a sincere practitioner of Kadampa Buddhism and studies on our Teacher Training Programme. He has a deep appreciation for the transforming power of meditation and teaches with joyful clarity.
A highly accessible programme designed to address everyday problems with simple and practical advice from Buddha's teachings as well as guided meditations.
These classes and courses provide a basic introduction to Buddhist teachings and meditations. Through these we can learn how to use Buddha's advice as a solution to our daily problems. In this way we come to experience a sense of peace and happiness in our lives.
Head to our What to Expect page for practical info about visiting us for a class.
