In busy modern life it can seem that the sources of our frustration, disappointment and worry are endless. It can sometimes feel that no matter how hard we try cannot find the happiness that we in our heart of hearts yearn for.

On this retreat we will learn simple methods coming from ancient wisdom on how to develop a lasting inner peace.In this way we can eventually experience for ourself a deep happiness that remains unchanging no matter what our external circumstances.

Friday
2:00 - 6:00pm Registration.
6.00pm Supper in the Dining Room
7:30 - 8:30pm Introduction

Saturday & Sunday
10:00 - 11:00am Session 1
12:noon - 1:00pm Session 2
1:00pm Lunch in the Dining Room
4:00 - 5:30pm Session 3 including Q&A
6.00pm Supper in the Dining Room

Monday
10:00 - 11:00am Session 1
12:noon - 1:00pm Sessions 2 Final session
1:00pm Lunch in the Dining Room

Accommodation

Accommodation options include twin rooms with en-suite, single rooms with en-suite, single room with kitchenette and bathroom, single rooms with toilet, single rooms and dormitory rooms with shared bathroom facilities. Linen and towels are provided in all rooms. Tea making facilities and guests toiletries are provided in all single and twin rooms. If the preferred accommodation is not available, you can email us at info@tarakmc.org to be added to the waiting list.

Meals
Please select meals separately from the drop down options. We can cater for vegetarian and vegan meals only. The meal option includes three meals a day, starting with supper on the first evening and finishing with lunch on the last day.
