A special relaxing teaching retreat on exploring your inner potential, a refreshing and lightweight deep-dive into the power of your mind. Each of us has within us a deep reservoir of inner peace - all we need to do is learn how to access it. This means we have to gently learn new habits of mind to tap into this infinite resource. On this special Christmas holiday retreat Gen la Khyenrab will guide us through talks and meditations which can change our perspective and ways of thinking so we can discover our own hidden depths and find real tranquility.

Accommodation
Accommodation options include twin rooms with en-suite, single rooms with en-suite, single room with kitchenette and bathroom, single rooms with toilet, single rooms and dormitory rooms with shared bathroom facilities. Linen and towels are provided in all rooms. Tea making facilities and guests toiletries are provided in all single and twin rooms.
Meals
Please select meals separately from the drop down options. We can cater for vegetarian and vegan meals only. The meal option includes three meals a day, starting with supper on the first evening and finishing with lunch on the last day.

Available for those who are unable to book for the entire event.
