2 Dec: Beyond This Life
What Happens to our Mind When we Die?

If the mind is not physical and is separate from the body, what happens to it when the body comes to an end? Building on our understanding of the nature of the mind, explore Buddha’s teachings on the continuity of consciousness, death and rebirth, and discover how understanding our future lives can bring a deeper perspective and meaning to the way we live today.

Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required. This is an ongoing weekly class held throughout the year.

Head to our What to Expect page for practical info about visiting us for a class.

About the Teacher: Gabrielle Marier-Desroches is a qualified Teacher who is currently studying on the Teacher Training Programme at Tara International Kadampa Retreat Centre under the guidance of Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab. She has been studying and practising Buddha's teachings for about 10 years, integrating them into her everyday life.
