18 Nov: Awaken Your Potential
Opening your Mind to Powerful Inspiration

Spiritual progress doesn’t depend on our own effort alone. Buddha taught that through receiving blessings from enlightened beings, our mind can transform from unhappiness to happiness, from weakness to strength, and from distraction to deeper concentration. Building on our understanding of the nature of the mind, discover how connecting our mind with the minds of holy beings can bring powerful inspiration, enabling profound inner transformation and awakening our potential for lasting peace and happiness.

Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required. This is an ongoing weekly class held throughout the year.

Head to our What to Expect page for practical info about visiting us for a class.
