11 Nov: A Peaceful Approach to Problems
Changing the Way We Respond to Life’s Difficulties

When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience come from the mind. If we were to respond to difficult situations with a positive or peaceful mind they would not be problems for us; indeed, we may even come to regard them as challenges or opportunities for growth and development. Buddha taught us to distinguish between outer problems — the difficulties we encounter — and inner problems — the disturbed states of mind we experience in response. Discover how understanding this difference can help us protect our inner peace, think more clearly and deal with life’s challenges more effectively.

Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required. This is an ongoing weekly class held throughout the year.

Head to our What to Expect page for practical info about visiting us for a class.
