We all experience stress in our lives and this can drain our energy and obstruct our happiness. In this talk we will learn how practising meditation and changing our view of situations can greatly reduce our stress and enable us to enjoy a peaceful, happy mind whatever our circumstances.
There will be the opportunity to practise some simple guided meditations that you can use to help reduce your stress.
Seating is on chairs with no need for special clothing.
Coping with Anxiety

When we are feeling anxious it sometimes feels overwhelming and it can seem impossible to enjoy our life.In this talk we will learn how it is possible to cope with these unpleasant feelings and continue with all our usual activities with a positive and peaceful mind even though the circumstances triggering the anxiety haven't changed.
There will be the opportunity to practise some simple guided meditations that help us to let go of anxiety and experience peace of mind.
