In our lives there are many difficult and unpleasant circumstances that we cannot avoid, but we can certainly avoid the unhappiness and anger that these circumstances normally provoke in us.
It is often our habitual negative reactions to hardships, and our habit of not forgetting them, rather than the hardship itself, that disturb our day-to-day peace of mind.
On this day we can explore how to let go of resentful thoughts and other negative emotions so we can lead a peaceful life.
Everybody welcome.

This blessed space, Tara IKRC's new Meditation Hall inspired by the vision of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, where everyone is welcome to enjoy peace and tranquility, is opening in the autumn of 2025.
The new Meditation Hall will be open for everyone who wishes to practise meditation, engage in prayers, learn Buddha's teachings - the Dharma, or simply wishes to experience a moment of calm, have a break from the business of their daily activities, and forget all their worries and worldly concerns.
Everybody welcome!
