When our feelings are hurt they make our life a misery. We might try to push them down, deny they exist, or even try to avoid noticing them at all by distracting ourselves, but they seem to be constantly lurking beneath the surface of our everyday life, infecting our relationships with friends and family. So we need a meaningful way to overcome them.
Using the ancient wisdom of Buddha's teachings Gen Kelsang Dornying will show how we can gain control over these hurt feelings and how we can learn to instead experience good feelings - even when we are enduring difficult situations!
Not to be missed! Everybody is welcome.
Gen Kelsang Dornying, Resident Teacher at KMC Leeds has kindly accepted our invitation to teach this special day course. He has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism for more than 20 years, and has taught all over the world, especially Australia. He is an inspiring and light-hearted teacher of modern Buddhism who makes Buddha’s teachings clear, accessible and applicable to everyone’s daily life.
