Letting Go of Anxiety | Saturday 18th July | 10:00am-5:00pm

Anxiety can feel overwhelming, making it difficult to relax, think clearly, or enjoy our life. In this gentle and practical day course, we will explore how to let go of anxious thoughts and discover a more peaceful, balanced mind.

Drawing on the timeless wisdom of Buddha and the modern presentation of Kadampa Buddhism by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, you will learn simple meditation techniques and ways of thinking that help reduce worry and build inner strength.

Through guided meditations, clear teachings, and practical advice, you will learn how to:

  • Identify and gradually release anxious habits of mind
  • Develop a calm, positive perspective
  • Feel more confident and in control, even in challenging situations

This course is suitable for everyone, whether you are new to meditation or already have some experience. You will leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and equipped with tools you can use in everyday life.

What a gorgeous and peaceful place - the new meditation room is cosy in all weathers and a lovely place to meditate and listen to profound wisdom teachings. The cafe is full of welcoming volunteers and has really tasty coffee!! The grounds are full of beautiful trees too - not to be missed. 💛
