In this half-day course, we will explore how steadily developing a kind and compassionate heart can transform both our inner experience and our relationships with others. By learning how to cherish others in simple, practical ways each day, we begin to experience for ourselves the natural calm, clarity, and stillness that arise from a compassionate mind.

Through gentle teachings and guided reflections, you will discover how daily compassion becomes a powerful foundation for a happier year ahead—one grounded in inner peace, emotional resilience, and genuine connection with others.

Everyone is welcome, whether you are new to Buddhist teachings or looking to deepen an existing practice. Join us for a nourishing half day that plants the seeds for lasting change, starting from the heart.

11:00-12noon Break (visit our World peace cafe and Tharpa Bookstore and Gift Shop
12noon-1:00pm Teaching and meditation
