Beginners Weekend Meditation Retreat

(One Day Passes available)

Enjoy relaxing and letting go of all your troubles and worries on this accessible meditation retreat; there will be plenty of time to enjoy fresh air, country walks, resting and rejuvenating. It includes simple yet profoundly relaxing meditations taken from the wisdom of Buddha which are practical for anyone, Buddhist or non-Buddhist, and give lasting mental and physical health benefits. Short, talks, meditations and opportunities for discussions and questions.

Everybody is welcome to join all or part of this retreat weekend.

7.30-8:30pm Introductory teaching

Saturday
9.00am-10.00am Meditation
11.00am-12:30pm Teaching
1:00pm Lunch in the Dining Room
4.30pm-5.30pm Meditation
6:00pm Supper in the Dinning Room
7:30 - 9:00pm Wishfulfilling Jewel prayers with food offerings (optional)

Sunday
9.00am-10.00am Meditation
11.00am-12.30pm Teaching
1:00pm Lunch in the Dining Room

Accommodation

Accommodation options include twin rooms with en-suite, single rooms with en-suite, single room with kitchenette and bathroom, single rooms with toilet, single rooms and dormitory rooms with shared bathroom facilities. Linen and towels are provided in all rooms. Tea making facilities and guests toiletries are provided in all single and twin rooms. 

Meals
Please select meals separately from the drop down options. We can cater for vegetarian and vegan meals only. The meal option includes three meals a day, starting with supper on the first evening and finishing with lunch on the last day.
