How often do you feel stressed and anxious? If you would prefer to feel relaxed and peaceful amongst all of life’s challenges this workshop will teach you practical ways to achieve this based on the teachings of Buddha.
We will learn simple meditations and skilful ways of thinking that will help us to keep a calm and happy mind whatever happens during our day. Everyone welcome!
