Guru Yoga & Mandala Offering Retreat Part I || Fri 8th - Thurs 14th May

Date: Friday 8th - Thursday 14th May
Teacher: Kelsang Sama

Please email us to book the Friday - Sunday weekend package

Including an introduction and some guidance, most sessions of this retreat will be unguided, allowing you to deepen your personal experience of these practices.

Guru Yoga and Mandala Offering Retreat combines two of the four great preliminary guides that we need to practise if we wish to gain Mahamudra realisations—the quick path to enlightenment—according to the instructions of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

We all wish for spiritual realisations, but these depend upon creating certain inner conditions, such as purifying negativity, accumulating merit, and receiving blessings.

In this retreat, we focus especially on the preliminary practices of accumulating merit and receiving blessings. Making mandala offerings is the gateway to accumulating the collection of merit and attaining an enlightened Pure Land. Guru Yoga is the gateway to receiving the powerful blessings of all the Buddhas of the ten directions through our Spiritual Guide.

Through engaging sincerely in these practices, we create the essential inner causes for real spiritual progress and open the door to deeper realisations.

Everyone is welcome to take part in this meaningful and enriching retreat.
