Today you can explore how to identify and solve all our human problems, all our unpleasant feelings. Usually our negative states of mind, such as uncontrolled desire and anger, create endless problems for ourselves and others and prevent us from fulfilling our deepest wishes for real happiness. What we really need are clear and simple solutions to our inner pain. Buddha offered us a vast range of methods to take into our life guiding us to an oasis of peace within our hearts.
Everybody is welcome.
