Recognising the source of our feelings as our own mind is one of the most meaningful things we can do with our life - giving us choice and control over our daily life. In this one day retreat explore taking control of your own experiences through developing special meditation techniques.

Following meditations on concentration from The New Meditation Handbook by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche - This day course will help to improve our concentration and focus - allowing to experience a deeper sense of inner peace when meditating and to develop a more spacious, relaxed mind during our daily life

Session 1 - 10.00am-11.00am

Session 2 - 12noon - 1.00pm

Lunch 1pm

Session 3 - 3.00pm - 4.00pm
