A step-by-step retreat to deepen your connection with Guru Vajrayogini and to enhance - or begin - your joyful Tantric practice

Following the NKT-IKBU International Summer Festival, this retreat with Gen Kelsang Chokga offers a precious opportunity to come under the loving care of Guru Vajrayogini and strengthen our confidence in her practice.

During the first three days, we will engage in the Blissful Path sadhana — a short, complete practice that contains everything we need for daily generation stage meditation.

Whether you already have experience or are just beginning, this retreat will help you establish a joyful, stable daily practice, gain confidence to continue your Tantric meditation at home, and learn how to integrate it into everyday life to overcome ordinary appearances.

In the meditation session breaks throughout the retreat there is time to relax and walk in the beautiful surroundings. Also, each person on a group retreat will help out in the breaks with a small job to ensure the retreat runs smoothly.

Gen Kelsang Chokga is theResident Teacher and National Spiritual Director for Kadamapa Meditation Center (KMC) Spain and Portugal, and has been a practicing Buddhist nun since 1998. She is a spiritual teacher who leads retreats and gives public talks on Kadampa Buddhism throughout Spain and Portugal, focusing on themes like inner peace, compassion, and wisdom.
