Each class of the term is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any point. Each class is followed by complimentary refreshments and the opportunity to ask questions. We also have many books and materials available to help you deepen your understanding and meditation experience through further reading.  You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, and no previous experience of meditation is required. Everybody is welcome!

Living with a sense of purpose is very important for our mental health and well-being. In this series of classes we will explore how to make our life truly meaningful by following the path to happiness taught by Buddha through which can fulfil all our wishes.

Learn how to enjoy a happy and meaningful life through integrating 6 simple habits into your daily life. Through engaging in these we can be happy in this life and create happiness and freedom from suffering in all our future lives. How wonderful!

Through engaging in actions that help others we create the cause for all our wishes to be fulfilled, and if we abandon all negative actions of body, speech and mind we can prevent ourself from experiencing problems in the future.

Learn how to liberate yourself through the wisdom understanding the root of all our problems. Through letting go of the mind of self grasping that perceives things in a mistaken way we have the potential to permanently free ourself from all suffering and problems.
