Teacher: Nick Vaz is a student on the Teacher Training Programme at Tara IKRC and has been teaching meditation classes for many years. He is admired for his warmth and for his clear, practical presentations on Buddhist meditation.

Our life can seem so busy that we often feel that we can’t really enjoy anything. Learning to meditate can reduce our stress and anxiety enabling us to stay peaceful and happy within the busyness of our life. Through understanding our mind we can cultivate positive habits that bring joy to ourselves and great benefit to others.
