Meditation for Families

Offering a tranquil space for your little ones to play and explore, whilst those looking after them can learn techniques to keep the mind peaceful and uplifted during the busyness of life.

This class offers you the opportunity to connect with others and ask questions to the teacher who, as a working mother and experienced Buddhist teacher can offer advice on how to integrate the techniques into daily life.

Following the class, you are welcome to spend time exploring and enjoying the calm and beautiful environment that Tara IKRC has to offer.

Please Note: This class is suitable for tots aged 0 – 4 years old, and we have no expectations that your tots will be quiet.
