Hectic modern life seems to only increase our inner tension; even when we try to relax we find ourselves seeking excitement and stimulation which give only a temporary relief from our underlying stress. What we really need in our life is peace, calm and stillness within while we are engaging with the maelstrom of daily modern living - we need to feel still and serene. This weekend we will be introduced to the wisdom of ancient Buddhist sages, learning how to quell the inner turbulence and find real peace within. Everybody is welcome.

Accommodation options include twin rooms with en-suite, single rooms with en-suite, single room with kitchenette and bathroom, single rooms with toilet, single rooms and dormitory rooms with shared bathroom facilities. Linen and towels are provided in all rooms. Tea making facilities and guests toiletries are provided in all single and twin rooms. Please select meals separately from the drop down options. We can cater for vegetarian and vegan meals only. The meal option includes three meals a day, starting with supper on the first evening and finishing with lunch on the last day.
