Freedom from Anger | Saturday 7th February | 10am-1pm

Half-Day Course
with Cheryl Choong

Everyone experiences anger — from everyday irritation to moments of strong emotion. Rather than seeing anger as a problem or a failure, this half-day course explores it as a state of mind. Drawing on the Buddha’s timeless wisdom, we will explore where anger comes from, how it impacts our daily life as well as our past and future, and how it can be gently transformed into a positive, peaceful state of mind.

Discover tools to respond to anger with awareness instead of reacting impulsively, reduce stress, and create more harmony in your relationships and daily life.
