We all long for happiness and freedom from suffering but we have distorted ways of viewing situations that result in unpeaceful minds of attachment, anger and ignorance which actually destroy our happiness and create misery for ourselves and others.

Learn how we can use mindfulness and alertness to keep our mind focused on positive ways of thinking that will result in happiness for us now and in the future.
