We all want lasting happiness, but life's challenges often leave us feeling stressed, overwhelmed or dissatisfied. This makes lasting happiness appear elusive and out of reach, and yet Buddha's teachings reveal that real happiness cannot be found in external conditions but only within our own mind, through developing inner peace.
In this five-week series, learn practical methods to develop and maintain a peaceful mind, even in the midst of a busy modern life. Through guided meditations and practical advice, discover how to experience greater inner peace and a pure form of happiness that comes from within.
“If our mind is peaceful, we will be happy all the time, regardless of external conditions, but if it is disturbed or troubled in any way, we will never be happy, no matter how good our external conditions may be.”
7 Oct: Making Life Meaningful
Discover the Joy of Inner Development
Without inner peace, outer peace is impossible. As we learn to create and maintain inner peace through meditation, we become a source of peace for others. Discover how developing a peaceful mind is the most meaningful way we can contribute to a happier, more harmonious world.
