How to Live the Life You Long For | Saturday 7th November | 10am-4:45pm

Simple methods that anyone can use

Day Course with Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab

Saturday 7th November
International Temples Day 2026

When life becomes difficult, it's natural to think that our problems come from the situations we face. However, Buddhist wisdom explains that our experience depends largely on the state of our mind.

By learning to respond to life's challenges with a peaceful and positive mind, we discover an inner freedom that no external circumstance can take away. Instead of being overwhelmed by difficulties, we can transform them into opportunities for personal growth and lasting happiness.

On this special International Temples Day, Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab will draw upon the timeless wisdom of Venerable Atisha's Advice from the Heart, sharing practical methods that anyone can apply immediately in daily life.

Whether you are new to meditation or have been practising for many years, this inspiring day offers an opportunity to discover authentic Buddhist wisdom that can help you live with greater peace, confidence and joy.

Everyone is welcome. No previous experience is needed.
