Recognising its superiority over the body mandala practices of other Deities, many highly realised practitioners have praised the profound body mandala practice of Vajrayogini. It is an especially powerful method for blessing our channels, winds and drops.
Through such blessings, our inner winds will gather and dissolve within the central channel at our heart. This will cause us to experience the clear light of bliss, the actual quick path leading to Buddhahood. On this one week retreat, we will be compassionately and gently guided by Gen Kelsang Sangden who has deep experience of this practice over many years training.
Gen Kelsang Sangden has practised and taught Kadam Dharma for over 20 years and is deeply appreciated by many for her pure example and her compassionate and clear advice.
