Title: The Meditation Toolkit

In order to improve the power of our meditations, we need to assemble a toolkit of specific mental skills. In this course, we will look at simple, yet profound meditations which will help us develop and maintain a peaceful mind, how to use alertness to keep our mind focused on the object and how to prevent distractions from destroying the strength of our meditation.
Everybody is welcome! 

2-3pm First Session
3-4pm Break (visit our World peace cafe and Tharpa Bookstore and Gift Shop
4-5pm Second Session

Optional Lunch 
Optional lunch on Saturday before the course £5. Lunch is at 1pm

Why not stay over at Tara? 
If you would like to stay overnight and attend the Friday night lecture on the 8th March just let us know by emailing - Breakfast is available and we have comfortable and clean rooms for you to have a peaceful night
