General daily schedule: 7.30 am, 11.30 am, 4.30 pm, 7.30 pm (90 minutes per session)

End: Thursday 20th July at 1 pm

The sublime meditation practice of Taking and Giving purifies our negativities that cause serious disease, helps us collect a great amount of good fortune, and ripens our potentiality to benefit others and purify our mind. By learning this profound meditation, we can transform the difficulties of daily life from problems into opportunities for spiritual growth.

We offer comfortable, clean accommodation with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere to help you gain the best experience of this special retreat. A special retreat that can make our life so meaningful.

Accommodation
Accommodation options include twin rooms with en-suite, single rooms with en-suite, single room with kitchenette and bathroom, single rooms with toilet, single rooms and dormitory rooms with shared bathroom facilities.

NOTE: For twin room, please make first booking choosing the twin room option and second booking choosing the option 'Sharing (select if you are sharing with someone who has already booked a twin room)' and specify who you are sharing the room with in the notes section.

Meals
Please select meals separately from the drop down options. We can cater for vegetarian and vegan meals only. The meal option includes three meals a day, starting with supper on Friday evening and ending with lunch on Sunday.

One Day Pass
Available for those who are unable to book for the entire event.
