Letting Go of the Past

As we go about our daily lives we may find that we are carrying conflicting emotions  from past that prevent us from enjoying life and living in the present.

On this half day course with Kadampa Buddhist monk, Kelsang Pador, we will learn that meditation is all about letting go of our past experiences, letting go of bad memories, letting go of all the things that have happened in the past, and that we can recreate our present in the ways that we wish.
Gradually, through meditation practice, our mind becomes clear, free and peaceful and we are able to enjoy the present to the full in meaningful ways.

These courses offer a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are ideal for those who are both new to meditation and those who would like to improve their practice.
