Beginners Weekend Retreat

An opportunity to discover the precious practice of meditation. Enjoy a meaningful weekend of guided meditations, learn about meditation posture, breathing techniques and discovering the power of developing familiarity with peaceful states of mind. 

In the meditation breaks, deepen your peaceful experience with a walk in our 38 acres of woodland, enjoy a treat in our Cafe or take a look around our brand new Tharpa Bookstore and Gift Shop. 

We offer comfortable, clean accommodation with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere to help you gain the best experience of this special weekend retreat



Introduction 7:30 - 9 pm


Session 1:  9 - 10 am

Session 2:  11:30 - 12:30 pm

Session 3: 4:30 - 5:30 pm

Q&A - session 4: 7:30 - 8:30 pm


Session 5:  9 - 10 am

Session 6:  11:30 - 12:30 pm

Please select meals separately from the drop down options. We can cater for vegetarian and vegan meals only. The meal option includes three meals a day, starting with supper on the first evening and finishing with lunch on the last day.
