Saturday Half Day Courses

In these courses we will learn practical and effective meditations that will help you find a feeling of inner peace and calm. 

The course is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. The course begins at 10am and ends at 1pm and consists of guided meditations and teachings over two sessions. 

There is the option to stay after the course for lunch, to relax in the centre, or simply to enjoy the grounds, World Peace Cafe, and Tharpa Bookstore and Gift Shop
