Learn to meditate in Half a day course

In this half day course we will learn practical and effective meditations that will help you find a feeling of inner peace and calm. 

The course is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. The course begins at 10am and ends at 1pm and consists of guided meditations and teachings over two sessions. 

There is the option to stay after the course for lunch, to relax in the centre, or simply to enjoy the grounds, World Peace Cafe, and Tharpa Bookstore and Gift Shop

13th May: Dealing with loss and change
10th Jun: Letting go of anxiety
2nd Sep: Love without pain
16th Sep: Changing the world through our compassion
18th Nov: Joy, an inexhaustible energy
9th Dec: Changing perspective, changes everything

Timetable:

Session 1: 10 am - 11 am

Session 2: 12 noon - 1 pm
